Problem: I have tried to install your software, but all I get is the error message: "Setup is unable to run an intermediate file needed to proceed with the installation." "Error 105." What should I do?
Problem: When re-installing/upgrading ReMapPro, during the installation program an error message is displayed and the installation is cancelled without finishing. Error message: An error occurred during the move data process: -115

Problem: I received my license files by email. How do I add my license files to my computer?
